In Memory of Sharolyn Haynes

This post was originally published as part of our employee spotlight series, and it remains as a tribute to the awesome person Sharolyn was. We were incredibly lucky to have her on our team as a service dispatcher from July 2019 until March 2020. Even though she wasn’t with us for long, she made a big impact — as evidenced below by the words of those who worked with her. We miss you, Sharolyn.

What part of Austin do you live in?
North Austin

If you’re not from Austin, what brought you here?
I wanted to move to a more urban area for better opportunities that I would not have had in my hometown.

Tell us a little bit about your family.
I’m a new puppy mom to a 5-month-old intelligent, energetic, affectionate Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Charlie.

How long have you been working in the in the home and commercial service industry?
Since 2015

What got you into home and commercial service industry?
I wanted a career that would be sustainable over time, offer variety and provide room for growth in various areas.

What is your approach to customer service?
Offer each customer a great customer service experience by being positive, confident, listening, showing care, setting proper expectations and offering gratitude.

What do you like about working at Efficient?
I enjoy working collaboratively with my co-workers in a positive working environment.

What do you like most about your job?
I like that I am able to assist others in their time of need.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my puppy, watching CNN, reading, and sleeping (I love naps!).

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I would be a motivational speaker or youth leader/counselor.
