At Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing, the health and safety of our team and our customers is always our highest priority. We are all spending more time at home than ever, and we want to continue to be able to make spaces as comfortable, functional and safe for people as possible. In order to do that:

• We are actively monitoring the health of our team. If an employee is experiencing or has recently experienced flu-like symptoms – or has been in contact with a symptomatic person – they are staying home. All of our employees have access to health benefits, and we encourage them to seek care, as necessary.
• By the same token, we are asking customers who can answer ‘yes’ to any of the above questions regarding symptoms and exposure – or who have recently traveled – to delay having us out.

We have transitioned as many employees as possible to working from home. However, for technicians, electricians and plumbers – who provide services at other people’s properties – this isn’t viable. To allow us to serve our customers in their time of need and protect the health of our team and community, we have made some changes to our procedures. Here’s what you can expect:

• A friendly greeting, but not a handshake.
• Additional protective/preventive gear: Our technicians always wear shoe covers out of respect for your home or business. However, they are now also wearing gloves and masks for additional protection and prevention.
• Social distancing: We are trying to work at least 6 feet away from others at all times per CDC guidelines or, preferably, in another room.
