    Schedule a Complimentary Estimate

    If you’d like to get a quote from us for a new residential or commercial AC system, please give us a call at 512-501-2275 or send us a message. We’ll get you scheduled for a free on-site estimate with our replacement specialist.     Nice to Meet You!

    Our goal for this meeting is to understand any issues you may be having with the current system (such as hot/cold spots), as well as any other goals you have for your replacement (such as reducing energy consumption). We’ll walk through the property with you to look at any specific areas of concern – and to identify and show you any opportunities for improved comfort and efficiency. This includes inspecting your ductwork, which plays a critical role in your system’s overall performance.

    Options

    Once we understand your property and your goals, we will tailor replacement options – typically 3-4 – to fit them. We’ll discuss each of these options with you – including the available manufacturer and utility incentives – to help you select the one that will work best for you. We don’t stock any equipment, so you can trust that our recommendations are based on your needs and not our inventory.

    Financing

    We offer financing for every AC replacement project. The application is quick, and the decision is instant.

    Scheduling

    Once you’ve selected a replacement option, please contact us to schedule. (Take your time. We won’t rush you.) We will make every effort to schedule your installation at the time that works best for you – as quickly as the next day, in some cases. Installation of a single system typically takes 6-10 hours. Multiple systems or installations that include ductwork take longer. Our goal is to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

    Installation Day

    The installation crew we send to your home will always be made up of full-time Efficient employees – not subcontractors. We highly recommend asking any company you’re considering working with whether they’ll be using subcontractors to complete your project, as this practice can lead to a disconnect between the quality of work that is promised and the quality of work that is performed. As part of the Efficient family, our crews are trained to provide clean, quality installations. They are held to high standards and consistently meet them.

    City Inspection

    In addition to being inspected by us, each installation is also inspected by the city to ensure code compliance. We’ll coordinate with them on your behalf to schedule this.

    Rebates & Warranties

    We’ll handle all the paperwork necessary for you to receive any rebates for which you’re eligible. You just enjoy your new system and wait for the check. We’ll also register your equipment to ensure you receive the maximum manufacturer warranties available.

    Complimentary Maintenance

    We include a maintenance plan with each new system, so we’ll be there twice in its first year to keep everything running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
