We were incredibly lucky to have her on our team as a service dispatcher from July 2019 until March 2020. Even though she wasn’t with us for long, she made a big impact — as evidenced below by the words of those who worked with her. We miss you, Sharolyn.

I wanted to move to a more urban area for better opportunities that I would not have had in my hometown.
Tell us a little bit about your family.
I’m a new puppy mom to a 5-month-old intelligent, energetic, affectionate Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Charlie.

Since 2015
What got you into home and commercial service industry?
I wanted a career that would be sustainable over time, offer variety and provide room for growth in various areas.
What is your approach to customer service?
Offer each customer a great customer service experience by being positive, confident, listening, showing care, setting proper expectations and offering gratitude.
What do you like about working at Efficient?
I enjoy working collaboratively with my co-workers in a positive working environment.
What do you like most about your job?
I like that I am able to assist others in their time of need.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my puppy, watching CNN, reading, and sleeping (I love naps!).
