Fall Heating Service - $79

Offer Details:

• $79 per unit (regularly $135)
• We will:

• inspect and test the operation of the start components, capacitors, contactors and relays
• inspect and test the operation of all safety controls
• inspect and tighten all electrical connections
• evaluate the condition of the air filter, filter housing and any other indoor air quality accessories
• inspect the indoor evaporator coil
• inspect the operation and condition of the blower motor (and lubricate if necessary)
• check the thermostat operation
• visually inspect the ductwork
• flush the condensate drain and add pan tabs for prolonged treatment
• measure/record amps and volts

The Fine Print:

• Valid for 1 furnace or heat pump (additional units $79/each)
• Units must be in working order
• Excludes filter changes and/or repairs
• Not valid for cash back
• May not be combined with other offers or applied to current/past jobs
• Work must be performed during normal business hours
